End of year updates:
Last Day of Classes: The last day for Seniors to check-in will be May 14th and the last day for everyone else to check-in will be May 29th.
Summer Assignments: Please remember all students will have a summer reading assignment and some will have other assignments. Please check the school website periodically for information at https://bvhs.org/summer-2020-
Course Changes: I will email a form to students before the end of the year that must be filled out if they want to change a course recommendation for next year. These forms must be filled out by the student and sent to the appropriate teacher for approval. If students do not follow this procedure it's likely we will not make the change later in the summer. Students who will need to do this are those who were not originally recommended for an Honors or AP level course and want the teacher to consider making that change at the end of the year due to student performance.
Current Juniors: Ms. Barbato will be providing Juniors with updates throughout the summer regarding tasks they need to complete for the college process. She will also provide information for parents. These updates will come primarily via student email. Please review your child's emails to make sure you are up to date.

We understand the unexpected closure and change to our schedule has impacted many events including the Theater Department's presentation of The Beauty and the Beast, the Live Jesus Retreat, spring athletics, and the 8th Annual Gala & Auction. Every effort will be made to re-schedule as many events as possible.
