Coronavirus and the Bishop Verot Community

As a Catholic high school in the Diocese of Venice, all decisions regarding school closures are set at the direction of the Diocese of Venice Department of Education.

As of March 16, 2020 all Diocesan schools will begin their annual Spring Break closure on March 17. Students will not be required to participate in any modified classes or eLearning during this break. In accordance with the latest directive, Distance Learning classes will begin on Tuesday, March 31 with classes resuming on campus beginning on Thursday, April 16. We understand the unexpected closure and change to our schedule has impacted many events including the Theater Department's presentation of The Beauty and the Beast, the Live Jesus Retreat, spring athletics, and the 8th Annual Gala & Auction. Every effort will be made to re-schedule as many events as possible.
